This new-build project was taken from concept, through successful planning approval, and project management on site.
This was purchased for our clients BTL portfolio and once built, the new property and original adjacent property were refinanced to hold for the long term.
On refinancing to BTL mortgages we released all investment funds plus a surplus profit and our investor now has two rental properties generating over £2000 per month in income.
